Colour Rush in Aston Clinton
Imagine clouds of colour and a crowd of rainbow-coloured people, throw in a fun-filled 5k run or walk in a beautiful country park with friends and family and you’ve got the fantastic experience that is the Colour Rush!
This is your last chance to experience this colour-crazed event with Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity. It’s a 5k circular route which you can run, jog or walk and every kilometre there is a colour station where the Colour Rushers get showered with multi-coloured powder, so everyone becomes a human rainbow by the finish!
Held at Green Park, Aston Clinton, it’s open to the whole family, with a ‘Mini-Rush’ taking place before the main event for any little ones who want to be part of this spectacular event, but who might not manage the full 5k! (Please note: children under 5 are welcome to take part in the 5k event, but it is their parent or carer’s responsibility to ensure their safety.)
It’s not just for fun though – Colour Rush helps Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity raise crucial funds for Florence Nightingale Hospice which provides hospice care in the Hospice and at home for local people with life-limiting or terminal illnesses. Any sponsorship you can raise from your friends and family will enable our Hospice team to provide medical, therapeutic and emotional support for patients and their families trying to cope in the most difficult circumstances.

How much is it to register and how much sponsorship should I raise?
If you would like to enter a team, please contact us directly for entry fees on 01296 429 975.
Colour Rush has raised just over £40,000 in the three years it has been held in aid of Florence Nightingale Hospice. It is a vital source of income for the Charity, and so we would be very grateful if all participants could try to raise a minimum of £30 in sponsorship. Any adult that raises over £150 will get their registration fee refunded.
It sounds amazing – how do I sign up?
Choose either the morning or afternoon start time. Grab a coffee and a snack before you start at 11am or treat the kids to a burger or sausage in a bun for lunch before the 2pm fun begins – we’ve thought of everything to make it a fab experience for all ages.
You can book online in advance or you can turn up on the day and register if places are still available – please arrive early so that we can process your registration.
Good luck with your fundraising and we’ll see you there in a blaze of colour!
