The Midnight Walk is either 5 or 10 miles – please specify on the Registration Form which route you wish to do. It is not possible to change this after Registration.
Once registered, please let us know if you cannot take part. For safety reasons, you must not “give” your place to anyone else.
Walkers must be aged over 11 years old on 23 June 2018. Anyone aged 11-17 years on 23 June 2018 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who must also register for the Walk.
Walker Packs are usually posted to the address you give when you register. They are done in batches, but usually arrive within a couple of weeks of your registration. It's very exciting to see that we have run out of some sizes of T-shirts due to the unusually high levels of Midnight Walk entries this year! We've re-ordered T-shirts which should be arriving by the end of next week (15th June) - so if you have registered in the last few days you may not get your Walker Pack until the Tuesday or Wednesday before the Walk. We are very sorry about this but it's always difficult to guess how many of each size to order. If you have any questions, email us on fundraising@fnhospice.org.uk We do recommend that you register by Sunday 17th June if you want to get your Pack sent to you at home. If you register after that, you'll be able to pick it up on the night from the Registration Desk at Aylesbury College. Please note that you cannot register for Midnight Walk on the night, and the final date for entry is Wednesday 20th June.
The routes use pedestrian footpaths and roads. Care must be taken at all times, especially when crossing roads. All Walkers are requested to be considerate of local residents in residential areas. Both routes (5 or 10 mile) start and finish at Aylesbury College on Oxford Road, Aylesbury.
If you have special requests or limited mobility, please contact the FNHC Fundraising Office on 01296 429 975 to discuss options before entering. No animals apart from guide dogs are permitted.
Any photos taken at the event by FNHC or its representatives may be used by FNHC for promotional purposes. Please contact us if you do not wish to be photographed.
